Stephanie Boyd, PT, MS, OCS
Stephanie earned her Master’s Degree in physical therapy from the University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University graduate program in 2003.
She further developed her clinical skills by completing a year-long manual therapy course utilizing the Australian Maitland approach and also has training in the McKenzie method. In 2014, she was recognized as a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Stephanie has over twelve years of experience working in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Stephanie enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions across the lifespan ranging from adolescents to seniors. One of her specific area of interest is non-operative and post -operative shoulder rehabilitation.
Stephanie is passionate about staying up-to-date with current orthopedic research and practice trends by attending annual conferences, continuing education courses and regularly reading professional publications. She incorporates manual therapy, exercise, and education along with personal responsibility in her rehabilitation program.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, running, and trying out new recipes.
