Physical Therapy is covered by most health insurance plans, and we will be happy to call your insurance company to determine the extent of your coverage.
We are in network with nearly all major insurances as well as worker's compensation, Medicare, and auto insurance.
We are also contracted with John Muir HMO and Hill Physicians HMO.
With the passing of CA AB 1000, most PPO insurances will cover physical therapy treatment for 12 visits or 45 days without the need of a referral from your doctor. This bill allowed Californians much easier access to physical therapists and now all 50 states allow patients direct access. We still do accept all referrals from MDs, DOs, chiropractors, and podiatrists.
In most cases, we will bill your insurance company for your treatments. If a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance are part of your plan, payment is expected at the time of service. Additionally, we accept check, Visa, and MasterCard.
Our self pay rates are $200 for an evaluation and $140 for follow up appointments.
