How to Use Kinesio Tape to Improve Circulation

10/10/2017

Kinesio Tape for Rolled Ankle
"Fanning" of RockTape
If you are looking to improve circulation, Kinesio Tape can be a great solution.  Cutting strips into Kinesio Tape can allow for better movement of fluid in/out of an area.

This can help decrease the inflammation, 'bruising,'  and swelling that sets in after rolling an ankle. I will demonstrate a way to tape the outside ankle.  You can apply one strip or apply a cross-hatch pattern.  The knee is the other common joint we use this application.

As mentioned in our last post about taping, it is imperative to clean the skin with alcohol, otherwise the tape will not stick for long.
Picture
Pre-measure a strip of the 2" tape
Picture
Measure out a 2nd strip that will be a cross hatch
Picture
Round the corners of one end, cut 2 lines (3 strips), leaving 1/2 - 1" anchor
Picture
Rip the paper backing of each "tail" closest to the anchor
Picture
Take of the backing to the anchor and angle the tape from the top of the foot to the outside heel
Picture
Now take off the backing off of ONE of the tails, apply no more than 50% of stretch and fan slightly open to splay the fingers of the tape
Picture
Do the same for the other 2 tails.

The cross-hatch taping is optional. Some people love it, some don't. Same application as the 1st strip. Set the anchor.

Apply the tails

Sometimes will be access tape, so have your scissors ready to cut slack.

Remember: never touch the tape with your fingers. The paper backing should be the last thing to touch the tape before you apply to your skin.

Viola!
The tape can typically be left on up to 3-5 days, although I prefer to go no longer than 2 days.  That skin needs time to breathe and get some oils back.  You should be able to shower with the tape; just take it easy with the washcloth over the taped ares.

If you suffer from the herpes virus infection no worries; I want to help people figure out what they have and what helped me to completely eradicate the Herpes virus infection.
I had unprotected sex and a few days later felt sick thinking I was just hungover. After spending a day at the beach I felt like I had severe sun exhaustion. For the next three days, I had a bad fever off and on. I noticed what I thought was a canker sore inside my lower lip. I started to suspect I had herpes.
I searched online and called different clinics and few days later I was in the midst of a full blown outbreak! Sores all over my labia and anus and mouth. I became very, very depressed and was even thinking of suicide.
I started to try everything I could find online. None of these remedies had any visible results.
Finally, I found a naturopathic doctor, who honestly told me I should contact Dr. Utu for my condition and recommended the herpes herbal cleanser.
I ordered the Herpes Herbal Cleanser through a DHL Express courier and started treatment
Within two days I started seeing good results with only one sore left on my genitals and my mouth was all healed.
I completed the herbal treatment under Dr Utu guidance and he asked me to go do a blood test which I curiously did
I got the results of my blood test and can't believe that I tested negative for HSV2 and negative for HSV1
People still cure herpes infection with herbal medicine and even other more deadly diseases with lifestyle changes and herbal medicine
While there are bad doctors and bad physicians in clinics and online, there are also the good ones and Dr Utu is one of the best.
Dr Utu can only be reached at
