11/25- Lighting of the Old Oak Tree 
5:15-8:30  Danville

Make memories with your loved ones at Danville’s annual tree lighting ceremony. Watch as Father Christmas and the Snow Angel sprinkle a little magic dust on the old oak tree and bring it to light. Warm feelings will quickly quell the cool air as local choral groups provide musical accompaniment and neighborhood businesses pass out hot beverages. Want to keep the magic going? Stroll downtown and enjoy refreshments, entertainment, and holiday shopping through the festively decorated streets. Don’t miss out on this Danville tradition.

11/25-Black Friday Door Buster
11AM-3PM  Blackhawk Plaza  Danville

Instead of braving the jam-packed malls and outlets this Black Friday, head over to Blackhawk Plaza for great savings and amazing deals without the hassle! On Black Friday: Spend $150 and receive a $30 Plaza Gift Card, spend $200 and receive a $40 Plaza Gift Card, or spend $250 and receive a $50 Plaza Gift Card. Present your same-day Blackhawk Plaza shops and restaurants receipts to Guest Services and receive a Blackhawk Plaza Gift Card. Valid on receipts dated November 25th, 2016 only.
